Happy Halloween!!

It's over!!

we survived the soccer season. eight long weeks. i can't wait to find a team that knows how to play soccer, so we can enjoy soccer again. it's always fun to watch nate play well, but i want him to have a team that plays well. who knew youth sports would be so trying.....

oh, the excitement of losing a tooth. i hope the tooth fairy can fly through the rain. (or snow)

Field Trip

the first graders went to the zoo today, and ana had a close encounter with a rogue elephant. between that and the mommy peahen, who was taking her babies for a walk down the middle of the sidewalk, it was an interesting day at the zoo. i wish i'd taken a picture of the peacock babies too...

two years after i started, i am finally Almost done painting our house. one more tiny section and then in the spring, i can start all over!!
